44:1

حم

: Ha-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings].
44:2

وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

: By the manifest Book (this Quran) that makes things clear,
44:3

إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ ۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ

071.001 إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ أَنْ أَنْذِرْ قَوْمَكَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
071.001 We sent Noah to his People (with the Command): "Do thou warn thy People before there comes to them a grievous Penalty."

071.002 قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
071.002 He said: "O my People! I am to you a Warner, clear and open:

068.001 ن وَالْقَلَمِ وَمَا يَسْطُرُونَ
068.001 Nun. By the Pen and the (Record) which (men) write,-

068.002 مَا أَنْتَ بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ بِمَجْنُونٍ
068.002 Thou art not, by the Grace of thy Lord, mad or possessed.

068.003 وَإِنَّ لَكَ لأجْرًا غَيْرَ مَمْنُونٍ
068.003 Nay, verily for thee is a Reward unfailing:

068.004 وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلى خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ
068.004 And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character.

078.001 عَمَّ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ
078.001 Concerning what are they disputing?

078.002 عَنِ النَّبَإِ الْعَظِيمِ
078.002 Concerning the Great News,

078.003 الَّذِي هُمْ فِيهِ مُخْتَلِفُونَ
078.003 About which they cannot agree.

078.004 كَلا سَيَعْلَمُونَ
078.004 Verily, they shall soon (come to) know!

078.005 ثُمَّ كَلا سَيَعْلَمُونَ
078.005 Verily, verily they shall soon (come to) know!

078.006 أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ الأرْضَ مِهَادًا

قُمْ فَأَنذِرْ

وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْ

وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ

وَالرُّجْزَ فَاهْجُرْ
6.

وَلا تَمْنُن تَسْتَكْثِرُ
7.

وَلِرَبِّكَ فَاصْبِرْ
8.

فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي النَّاقُورِ

قُمِ اللَّيْلَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلا

نِصْفَهُ أَوِ انقُصْ مِنْهُ قَلِيلا

أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلا
5.

إِنَّا سَنُلْقِي عَلَيْكَ قَوْلا ثَقِيلا

YUSUFALI: By the Sky and the Night-Visitant (therein);-
PICKTHAL: By the heaven and the Morning Star
SHAKIR: I swear by the heaven and the comer by night;

086.002
YUSUFALI: And what will explain to thee what the Night-Visitant is?-
PICKTHAL: - Ah, what will tell thee what the Morning Star is!
SHAKIR: And what will make you know what the comer by night is?

086.003
YUSUFALI: (It is) the Star of piercing brightness;-
PICKTHAL: - The piercing Star!
SHAKIR: The star of piercing brightness;

YUSUFALI: There is no soul but has a protector over it.
